Preparing for the NFL combine or a pro day is one of the most important things in an athlete’s career. We have been preparing athletes for the draft for over a decade. Cooper is the place that fast athlete’s come to get faster.
This program typically runs ten to twelve weeks. The sessions include one to three trainings per day. Morning sessions consist of position specific and speed mechanics training. Afternoon sessions focus on speed and power performance.
Furthermore, athletes have access to the highest quality physical therapy and recovery services, which includes prepared meals for the week.
