Justin Nicolino MLB Player

Justin Nicolino is a left-handed pitcher in the Miami Marlins organization. Justin loves water and is also a tall drink of water at 6’3 190 pounds. He is currently with their Double A affiliate, the Jacksonville Suns. Nicolino was born in Orlando, FL. and attended University High school. Some would say Justin had a decent career in high school, and that getting drafted in the second round of the 2010 MLB amateur draft is a big deal. I am not here to speculate just deliver facts to the GP (General public). Regardless, Justin has flourished since day 1 in professional baseball. In fact, Justin was performing so well with the Blue Jays that he was traded to the Miami Marlins in a blockbuster deal. This deal involved Jose Reyes, Josh Johnson, and Mark Buerhle (all all-stars) going to the Blue Jays and Nicolino along with several others heading to the Marlins. The warm weather and moist humidity has been kind to Nicolino; he has been named in the top 100 minor league prospects by MLB.com for the past two years, at 72 and 81, respectively. He was recently named to the Southern League all star team and also won Florida State League’s Most Valuable Pitcher in 2013. These are without a doubt all amazing but what Justin is known for around here is his nickname, Big Bird, and his feathery persona. Beautiful man. Beautiful soul.
