You don’t have to feel uncomfortable with others looking at you while you work out, and you don’t have to wait in line to use equipment. At Cooper Personal Training, we use methods and techniques that are not offered at traditional health clubs. We listen to you and customize your workout to meet your fitness goals. Unlike most workout facilities or health clubs, we do not have contracts, charge initiation fees or membership fees. You pay only for the services you choose.
