BASEBALL and SPEED CAMP

(January 9th, Saturday 9am-12pm)

Cooper's and Dave Kent's Hitting Zone will be hosting a half day Clinic for baseball and softball athletes between the ages of 8-14yrs old.

Baseball training will focus on hitting mechanics, bat speed, and fielding skills. Where as coopers will focus on sprint mechanics.

Injury prevention and strength conditioning. The cost for early registration is $40 January 8th and $60 thereafter.

Remodeling 2009!

We expanded our facility by 2000 additional square feet a new 45 yard turf track and a full size turf room for multi-change of direction drills, new free weight equipment and a new cardio training area. Check out the pics below!
