Playing major league baseball you are always looking for an edge. I have always worked out on my own and always felt like someone was working harder than me, But that all changed this off-season, with Cooper speed and strength school. Never in my life have I felt mentally, and physically stronger to start a season. I came to his school not knowing the proper form for running, and after only one month I've gotten faster and more explosive by his tutelage. You'll be amazed at all the different exercises, weight training, and speed drills he incorporates. I've seen a lot of big league trainers come and go and not one does the job Josh Cooper has done for me!"
