Senior workouts are one and a half hours long and focus on a variety of skills based on the athlete’s age, goals, sport, and training needs. All senior level programs start out with a mandatory evaluation to determine the athlete’s baseline measurements in speed, agility, Power and anthropometric measurements. Furthermore, athletes will have their top speed, acceleration and change of direction mechanics assessed using video analysis. All senior programs are highly sport and individual specific.
