COOPER'S SPEED-STRENGTH SCHOOL PROGRAMS
"> Junior workouts are one hour long and focus on speed, agility, and body weight strength exercises. Research has shown that the ages of 9 to 12 are a sensitive period for neuro-muscular development. As a result of the type of training provided in these sessions, an individual within this age range can establish the proper motor patterns that will ultimately lead to athletic success.
Senior workouts are 1.5 hours long and focus on a variety of skills based on the athlete's goals, sport, and training needs. All senior programs start out with a mandatory evaluation to determine the athlete's training program. All senior programs are highly sport and individual specific.
