Our 2014/2015 off-season Pro baseball training program has already started. Several of our minor league players have begun training and MLB athletes are going to start next week. Athletes such as Denard Span is coming off the best season of his 8 year MLB career, hitting .305 and setting a new personal best in stolen bases at 31 this season. He accomplished all this after just one off-season with Cooper. A new feature Cooper is offering this off-season is a more developed a more complete Mental and Vision Performance Lab. The lab will train every aspect of athletic vision and concentration. Also, we have a half-cage for tee hitting and a full size cage that we lower prior to workouts. We have been training many of Tampa’s best baseball players over the past 12 years. Come in and meet with us to discuss what we can do for you.
